Hello there!

You’ll find Genette’s warm, welcoming face beaming its way down the corridor to greet you when you arrive at the clinic. Genette loves chatting with our lovely patients and makes sure you feel comfortable from the second you arrive – especially if it’s your first visit (we know, the first time can be a bit nerve-wracking). And yes, that may involve a nice cuppa and a biccie.

Genette came to Grosvenor Street Physiotherapy looking for a complete change of career and we’re so happy she chose us. She’d heard that we were friendly (yay) with a warm atmosphere (double yay!), which was the perfect match for Genette who enjoys helping people and working somewhere fun and relaxed.

Outside of work, Genette loves shopping, going for walks around this lovely part of the world, keeping fit and supple with Pilates and catching up with her friends. She’s also the proud mum of 42 house plants! We know who to ask if we see any droopy leaves around the office.
