Vicki Kelly
Physiotherapist, Owner
Loves all her patients. A lot.
Before you even speak to Vicki, you’re greeted by her beaming smile and immediately know you’re in safe hands. That’s how Vicki works – you’re more than just a patient, you’re family.
Vicki will always go the extra mile for you. She’s brilliant at seeing the bigger picture and offering a holistic treatment plan – if you need to see a GP, she won’t just recommend it, she’ll make it happen. Even it involves multiple phone calls and waiting on hold!
Vicki knew she wanted to be a physio since spending her Summers working in Romanian Orphanages when she was 16 to 18 years old. It was there that she realised that studying physiotherapy at University would help her make a difference to peoples lives in a positive way.
As a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience, Vicki brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to Grosvenor Street Physiotherapy. Vicki has worked at several private practices throughout the Northwest region including the Wirral, North Wales and Manchester, which have all added to her extensive experience and enhanced her clinical skills and expertise.
Vicki particularly loves a spine and a shoulder (as you do!). She takes a hands-on approach to treatment but believes that empowering and educating you is the real answer. That way, you can take control of your own body for a long, happy, pain-free life. Hurray!
Vicki’s other special area of interest is in paediatric physiotherapy; she’s treated neo-natal infants through to pre-school and beyond. Vicki completed her introduction into paediatrics at Bobath in London and is always keen to keep learning more about paediatric treatment.
Vicki says, “I love my job, I love people , I love that every patient is different, has a different story and has a different goal. It is a pleasure and honour to be part of their journey and to help to make a difference to their lives”.
