Put your feet up, grab a cuppa and let's meet the team.
Massage Therapist and Physiotherapist
Sam has been a massage therapist since 2011. Sam doesn’t just do massage though, oh no, she’s a woman of many talents including aromatherapy, stress management, holistic pain management and Indian head massage.
With a BA hons degree in Sports Studies (2006), a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy (2023) with a special interest in pelvic health physiotherapy, you know you’re in safe hands with Sam.
Sam loves meeting new people and hearing all about your work, passions, hobbies and what makes you tick. Most importantly, Sam enjoys making sure you can keep doing all those things. Got to keep moving!
Not only are we delighted to have Sam on the team, it turns out the feeling is mutual. Sam says she enjoys working with the GSP as it lets her combine her massage skills and physiotherapy skills. She also mentioned we’re a fabulous team to work with *blush*.
Outside of work, Sam likes to hit the gym for some weight training. When she has a bit more time on her hands, she’d like to get back into running. And we can see why she’d need some time, Sam doesn’t just do short runs. In 2019, she completed an ultramarathon! It was 47 miles around Lake Windermere which Sam calls, ‘the most beautifully brutal challenge’ she’s ever done.
With two beautiful boys and a new fiancé (congrats), this is a really exciting time for Sam. Good job she knows how to relax with the odd slice of cake and a good TV series (way better than films apparently).
